All in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer upon shipment. Needlepoint Obsession will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

Canvases cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused/uncut fibers and beads can ONLY be returned with a valid receipt from Needlepoint Obsession. Receipts are valid for 90 days after date of purchase.
