Shipping Policy

All in stock items will ship approximately 2 weeks after purchased. Pre-ordered items may take up to 3-4 months to arrive. Items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer upon shipment. Needlepoint Obsession will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
